After the upsurge of violence and killings in Gaza in the end of December 2008 two distinguished persons linked to the Global Partnership for the Prevention of Armed Conflict, a Palestinian and an Israeli, wrote a back to back article calling upon peacebuilders in the world to unite and take action, and about the need to transform mindsets away from militarism and martyrdom.
