Jan-Friedrich Kallmorgen
Jan-Friedrich Kallmorgen, born 1970, is a co-founder of Atlantic-community.org the first online platform for transatlantic debate on key issues of international politics and globalization, and a partner at Bohnen Kallmorgen & Partner, a public affairs consultancy based in Berlin, Brussels and Washington, DC. Jan received an MA in History and Political Science from the universities of Bonn and Berlin and an MSc from the School of Foreign Service in Georgetown (Washington DC). He worked as a journalist in Germany, and in the US for the business consultancy AT Kearny and the World Bank. From 2000 to 2003 Jan was an Investment Manager for Goldman Sachs & Co. in Frankfurt. From 2005 to 2007, he headed the Transatlantic Program of the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP). Jan is married and has a little daughter, Carlotta.
