Lem van Eupen is Head of Strategy at Radio Netherlands Worldwide (RNW). She combines this position with the general management of RNTC, the international institute for media, development and education attached to RNW.

Lem van Eupen has a Masters in Mass Communication. She worked for more than 10 years as a journalist - primarily as an economics editor. Furthermore, she was involved in training for journalists and programme makers in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Since 1999, she held various management positions.
