Yang Hengjun is one of China's leading bloggers, filing for no less than 12 different websites on political as well as Internet freedom issues across the nation. After graduating from Fudan University in Shanghai, Mr. Hengjun served as a researcher and analyst in the Chinese government's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He later worked in Hong Kong as a manager of a private firm based in mainland China. He is a former senior fellow at the Atlantic Council in Washington, D.C. Mr. Hengjun also has a Master's degree from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, and a PhD from the University of technology in Sydney.
