I am the deputy chairman of Shabelle media Network, a leading independent media network in Somalia. I have been with Shabelle since its foundation in Merka, a coastal town in South Somalia.

I am not confined only to the adminstartive responsibility I have but also I am active journalism duties both on the headquarter of the network and out to the field.
