Cristiana Falcone

World Economic Forum Media expert

 

 

Doctor Cristiana Falcone leads the Media, Entertainment and Information industries at the World Economic Forum. She joined the Forum in 2004 from the International Labour Organization where she was worked as an associate expert in advocacy.  She began her career at RAI, followed by several years in radio, print and on-line media, reporting and producing worldwide.  She holds a degree in political sciences (University of Rome La Sapienza) a post graduate certificate in law and diplomacy (Italian Diplomatic Academy and SIOI) and a masters' of arts in humanitarian assistance with a focus on the role of media in complex crisis (Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University).  Cristiana is a member of the journalists' guild of Italy,  the board of RayTV, co-owner of Les Enfants Terribles, and one of the 7 founders of the Italian Youth Movement NEXT .
