Mrs. Nguyen Pham Hoa Binh is the Director of the Audio Centre of Radio The Voice of Vietnam (VOV). The Audio Centre is in charge of VOV's program production and management of all studio equipment, archive system and broadcasting computer network belonging to VOV. She holds degrees in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and Informatics Engineering from Hanoi University of Technology. She achieved her Master of Engineering in 2006. She is a member of the group who assists VOV's Directorate in the terms of technology and strategy and purchase of modern equipment in the production domain of VOV.
